Albany Environmental Services has been accredited with the following certifications:
Member of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA)
Albany is a member of the British Pest Control Association and abides by the BPCA’s Codes of Conduct and Codes of Practise. Employees are trained to the BPCA’s standards and all work is carried out in accordance with their rules and regulations.
ISO 9001:2000
Albany’s ISO accreditation was provided to the Company by CQS Ltd and this certification applies to the approved quality management systems for the provision of pest prevention services that Albany has in place.
ISO 9001 is concerned with "quality management". This means that Albany is certified for enhancing the customer’s satisfaction by meeting customer and applicable regulatory requirements and continually trying to improve its performance in this regard.
Safecontractor
Safecontractor is a contractor accreditation scheme that assesses the health & safety competency of contractors.
Clients have a legal obligation to ensure that contractors operate in a safe way. There is therefore a need to assess contractors health & safety arrangements, and increasingly this is being carried out through Safecontractor.
Many large organisations now use Safecontractor as their primary means of selecting contractors. Safecontractor is effectively the clients approved contractor list.
Albany Environmental Services Limited have been “approved” Safe contractors year on year since 2005.
